You need to hear this..
“You don’t have to be perfect to see progress”
Life isn’t perfect so why expect yourself to be.
Instead focus your attention and effort to just sticking with it.
Work on getting better.
Staying consistent, not perfect. When it comes to nutrition, 70 to 80% consistency is great, especially if you’re coming from 0 or 20%.
Although change is definitely required to reach any goal, you don’t have to flip your life 180 degrees to illicit those changes, especially if you’re not ready for it.
Sustainable changes and accountability have always been your answers, Listen to them and hopefully you’ll find this journey much more enjoyable.
