6 Week Series Classes
Our structured six-week series consists of one-hour classes designed to maximize your progress. No partner required. To register, simply click on the class link or call 417 869-6789.
WCS101 - Beginning West Coast Swing with Andrew Walls
Date: Thu 6/25/2026 - 7/30/2026
Time: 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm
Price: $70 - early bird discount: $63 if registered by 6/19
West Coast Swing is a smooth, versatile dance enjoyed to blues, R&B, pop, funk, and even country music. Learn from award-winning Midwest swing dancers Anne and Andy Walls.
WCS101 introduces basic six-count patterns, footwork, timing, and lead/follow technique. You’ll learn foundational passes, spins, and variations commonly used on social dance floors.
No prior dance experience is required. WCS101 is one of three foundation classes (WCS101–103), which may be taken in any order and are recommended for dancers of all levels before moving into intermediate classes. Repeat attendance is encouraged to deepen your skills and understanding.

WCS203 - Intermediate West Coast Swing with Andrew Walls

Spin patterns galore! This class series will explore West Coast Swing patterns with both leader and follower spins. We'll focus on refining pivot technique, plus we'll discuss shaping and spotting for refining your spinning technique and styling.
A great chance to hone your ability to lead and follow west coast swing plus look at concepts that build beyond your basics! This class requires the completion of WCS101, WCS102, and WCS103. Evaluation can be scheduled to determine eligibility.

Zombie Corps News!
The zombies are stirring again... and apparently multiplying. 🧟♂️🎃
Want in? Join the Zombie Corps and help us bring the undead to life! We started with a couple of classes a month, but demand from the horde has been strong, so we've added another class on June 28. The zombies are clearly eager this year. 😄
Same choreography every class, so you can jump in whenever your inner ghoul wakes up. Attend at least 3 classes, become a member, and you'll officially earn your place among the undead.
No experience required. Pulse preferred, but we're willing to negotiate. 🦇
One quick costume note: ATC is happy to start working on costumes now (NO polyester, please!), but hold off on requesting makeup appointments until the end of August. Makeup signups will happen at the studio, and we'll announce the date when the time comes.
The zombies may be awake, but the makeup schedule is still shambling slowly toward consciousness. 👻✨

Your Zombie Corps membership is a lifetime membership, as long as you attend 3 classes each year. You are not required to perform to keep your membership active.
West Coast Swing Saturday ✨🤠
Saturday, June 13, we’re diving deep into West Coast Swing!
Start the day at 2 PM with our 2 hour West Coast Swing Basics Bootcamp, the Whip Edition. This is great for brand new dancers and for experienced dancers who want to improve their whip technique.
Then on to Whipology from 6-7 PM, a workshop where we’ll be focusing on whips and all the fun variations that make this pattern such an important part of the dance. This workshop is geared toward dancers who are ready for a more advanced look at technique, timing, and styling.
Then, stick around for an evening of dancing! Join us from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM (or later!) for an all West Coast Swing social. Great music, great dancers, and plenty of opportunities to put those new skills to work on the dance floor.
Whether you’re polishing your whip or just love the smooth, stretchy feel of West Coast Swing, this is a day you won’t want to miss!
