I Pour Life
I Pour Life’s vision is to ensure every at-risk or foster care youth experiences positive growth and development through the introduction of life skills necessary to successfully transition into adulthood. We believe that if we “teach with our life,” anyone can thrive. As an organization, board, and staff, we believe in the foundation and gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe Jesus did life with all

✨ Meet Our Team ✨
This week, we’re excited to introduce Courtney Davis, our Operations Director at I Pour Life.
Courtney is known for her strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and her ability to keep all the moving pieces of our organization running smoothly. Behind every successful program, process, and initiative is someone ensuring everything comes together and Courtney does just that. Her thoughtful leadership and steady presence help equip our team to better serve youth every day. And if you ever have the chance to try one of her meals, you'll quickly discover she's an incredible cook, too!
When asked why she works at I Pour Life, Courtney shared:
"Early in my career, I discovered a passion for empowering others—particularly young adults—to achieve their full potential and pursue their dreams. I’ve advocated for at-risk children and youth for much of my career. At I Pour Life, I have the opportunity to live out my 'why' every day as part of a team that works together to break generational cycles, nurture confidence, and foster connections in the youth we serve as we guide them toward a promising future."
We're grateful for the leadership, vision, and dedication Courtney brings to our team every day. Her passion for creating systems that support both staff and youth helps ensure more young people have the opportunity to build brighter futures.
✨ What an incredible evening at our July Social Capital Club: Connection Fair! ✨
A huge thank you to the 12 incredible community partners who took time to invest in the lives of the young adults we serve. Your willingness to share resources, answer questions, and build genuine relationships demonstrated exactly what social capital is all about.
At I Pour Life, we believe that success isn't just about having access to resources, it's about having people. Trusted adults, mentors, employers, educators, and community members who open doors, offer encouragement, and remind young people they don't have to navigate life alone.
Because of your partnership, our youth had the opportunity to explore educational pathways, employment opportunities, community resources, and meaningful connections that can support them long after the event ended.
To everyone who attended, volunteered, and made this evening possible. Thank you for helping strengthen our community one connection at a time. Together, we're building brighter futures through the power of relationships. 💙
