The Molly Schlich Annual Film Series kicks off with a free preview party at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 14, at the Springfield Art Association.

Watch "Out of the Mud: Brian Beals and the Mud Theatre Project," produced by Josh Hester of Storyteller Studios, along with trailers for the eight films that will be shown on Sundays and Tuesdays from Jan. 18-March 10 at AMC Classic Springfield 12.

An insert with descriptions of each film and more information on the series will be available in the Jan. 15 issue of Illinois Times or at the SAA.
