Safe Haven Hospice

Our mission is to make the end of life comfortable and meaningful by providing compassionate care in the patient’s home, whether in a private residence, nursing center, assisted living community or hospital. We share the journey, supporting families and managing all end of life issues with personalized services from nursing, homemaker and dietary services to spiritual support, bereavement and social services.
