CLERICAL OFFICE ASSOCIATE!!

Foster senior living is looking to hire a clerical office associate to assist in our daily needs at a corporate level.

Over the 40 years of business, Foster Senior Living’s role has grown in the provision of health care excellence in senior living communities. Our key management team here at Foster’s has over 200 years of combined experience serving seniors. Our motto is “Fostering Exceptional Senior Living”. Through relationship building, our approach allows the key leaders to create lasting bonds with staff, residents and family members. Come join our team of seasoned professionals!

The schedule would be part time Monday through Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. The ideal candidate will have previous clerical experience in healthcare.

Duties include but are not limited to:
-Scan documents and file to the appropriate locations
-Make copies
-Assist in day to day needs around the office
-Pick up needed office supplies
-Run general office errands

Skills:
Excel, Word, proficient computer knowledge, fax machine, copier, ability to work as a team or independently, communication skills, ability to follow directions, health care knowledge, able to multitask on a high level, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines.
