I am a certified Health Coach. I have always been interested in health but previously focused more on the activity aspect. My interest in overall health and wellness began when I became pregnant but I had no idea where to start. Once my daughter was born and I was faced with the challenge of learning how to feed her I really began my research. I started to learn so much and couldn't help but share it with others. That is when I decided to become certified through Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. Now I want to partner with you to guide and educate you on your own journey.
