Shoutout to Bobbie Jo Hill for completing another half marathon this past Saturday! We both agree, it was one of our toughest races yet! 😅 💨 💪🏼
Bobbie Jo and I have an additional half marathon approaching at the end of this month. We will each implement chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitative exercises, dry needling, and recovery boots to stay ready! 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️
