Leader for Children’s Ministry Needed

About Us: Weller Community Church is a small Foursquare church, with an average weekly attendance of 20 to 30 people. We serve families of all ages in northeast Springfield. In order to keep growing we need a dedicated leader for our Children’s Ministry.

Duties: Prepare and lead a weekly lesson for a range of ages (5 to pre-teen); coordinate volunteers. Expect to spend up to 1-1.5 hours outside of class time most weeks for preparation and organization.

Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess:
* A sound knowledge of the Bible
* A passion for working with children of all ages
* Organization skills
* Good communication skills

Compensation: We are currently able to offer $40/week, compensation for any materials purchased for class (up to $50/month), plus lunch every Sunday.
