Silver Springs Park was established in 1918 on land known as the old Fairbanks pasture, and later named for a spring on site, flowing into Jordan Creek. Gain the skills and confidence to provide lifesaving emergency care! 🛟 American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification includes a swim test, water & land rescue techniques, first aid, CPR and AED training. ❤️⚡ Certification is required for employment as a Park Board Lifeguard.

Silver Springs Pool is open late Monday, July 28!
Extended pool hours this week, due to the US National Weather Service Springfield Missouri Heat Advisory:
• Monday, July 28: Silver Springs Pool, 1100 N. Hampton Ave., open 1-8 p.m.
• Tuesday, July 29: Meador Pool, 2600 S. Fremont Ave., open 1-8 p.m.
• Wednesday, July 30: Meador Pool, 2600 S. Fremont Ave., open 1-8 p.m.
