A little hint, always look to TW PERRY for Reno stuff first if it’s in your area. Half the price of Home Depot for doors, trim, lumber, etc. They deliver or you can pre-order & pick up. The staff is friendly and helpful. Last but not least, you are not competing with massive crowds or asking advice from uninformed employees. They are all well-trained contractors.

I just bought 200 linear feet of wide trim and quarter round that would have cost $400 dollars at Home Depot and even more at Lowe’s. I spent $250 (including tax) and picked up.

Two trained contractors cut and loaded it into my car. There were no crowds. No lines. 👌🏻

For those of you considering remodeling, Labor Day is one of the best times to look for materials because of the sales. Just yesterday, on my way to pick up tile that was 99 cents a square foot, I ended up buying tile that looked almost exactly the same for 78 cents a square foot. 💰

Most sales run until the 12th, and my best advice is get offline and actually walk into the store. Those are where you will find clearance prices, as most stores are trying to relinquish old inventory.

As for the chairs, give me about a month to get things moved and reorganized. Pending orders are beginning now. 🙃
