Future-Focused. honors the enduring foundations of effective nonprofit leadership—strong governance, responsible stewardship, compelling communication, and mission-centered strategy—while encouraging forward-thinking approaches that position organizations for lasting impact. Sessions in each of the four conference tracks should help participants:

➡️Measure and communicate meaningful impact
