Kohlrabi...an underestimated and under used vegetable. The taste is very unique. Somewhere between a turnip, broccoli and a potato. You can roast it or eat it raw. Add it to your salad or make a slaw with cherry tomatoes. The possibilities are really quite endless. Research the recipes and try it out!
