Please join me in congratulating my friend and client James Hammond for losing 127 pounds!! I have been so inspired and touched by his absolute resolve to stick to his nutritional and work out plans, work through every obstacle that's been thrown at him, and his courage to share these photos and his journey to live a healthy lifestyle to help others who are struggling to do the same. Jimmie, you hit that goal you set last year because you never gave up! I could not be more proud of you!

Congratulations Marisa Torp for losing 11.4 lbs in her first 29 days of following the nutrition plan from Fearless Personal Training and working her butt off at the gym! Great work Marisa....i see many running PR's in your future this year! Keep up the focus it is really paying off!

Way to go Karen Faucett Smith for losing 21 pounds in the last 10 weeks. This brings the pounds lost to 65 total!!! You have diligently been working on healthy eating habits and keeping up with our work outs. I am so proud of you because I know how hard it is to change old patterns of behavior. You look and feel like a new person! Remember the deal we made this week about avoiding sweets and there will be no lunges for you on Tuesday:)
