Mental health challenges in communities of color are often surrounded by silence — because of stigma, because of survival, because vulnerability has sometimes felt too dangerous.
We want to be a place where talking about it is safe. Where you don't have to explain yourself or justify your pain. Just come. 💜

This month we're talking honestly about something important: not everyone has equal access to mental health and recovery support.
Black, Indigenous, Latino, Asian, and other communities of color face real barriers — cultural stigma, lack of representation in care settings, distrust of systems that have historically failed them, and limited access to culturally responsive treatment.
