This study below shows there is benefit from using Glucosamine and Chondroitin for people with osteoarthritis of the knees. The benefit was equal to that of taking the anti-inflammatory Celebrex over the course of the six month study. The study was done in Europe using a prescription preparation of Glucosamine HCL 500mg and Chondroitin Sulfate 400mg a day.

The US does not have a prescription version of this supplement. However, you can find similar supplements at most health food stores. Or our JCTH supplement contains these amounts when you take 1 pill three times a day. Always buy quality vitamins and supplements to ensure you are getting what you paid for!
