Our customers are not to be treated as interruption of our work. They are the purpose of it and we should be honored to serve.
Our customers are a part of our business – not outsiders.
Our customers are not just money in our bank account.
They are human beings with feelings, with needs, just like our own. Put yourself in their situation for a moment.
Our customers are people who share with us their wants and needs. It is our job to fill those to the best of our ability.
Our customers deserve the most courteous attention we can give them. They are the life-blood of this and every business. Please respect them like a family member.
