📚✏️ Help Springfield students start the school year ready to learn!

We're excited to partner with Chick-fil-A Gateway and Randy Pape Beltline for a School and Essentials Supply Drive benefiting Springfield students!

Drop off new school supplies at Chick-fil-A in Springfield, and SEF will distribute them through Springfield Public Schools to students who need them most.

Donations will be accepted starting Tuesday, July 14, AKA "Dress like a Cow" Day! On July 14, enjoy a free entrée at Chick-fil-A when you wear your best bovine appreciation costume. School supplies donations will be accepted through August 31.

Some of the most-needed items include:

🖊️ Pens, markers & crayons
🧻 Tissues & disinfecting wipes

Every student deserves to find a book they can't put down. 📚💙 Thanks to an Innovative Educator Grant originally written by former Library Manager Carol Grau Brull and now brought to life by Library Manager Heidi Thomas, Agnes Stewart Middle School is refreshing its library with diverse, high-interest books that reflect today's readers. From popular new titles to accessible "quick reads" for reluctant readers, this project will help more students discover the joy of reading, see themselves reflected in the pages, and build a lifelong love of books. Here's to turning the library into an even more welcoming hub for curiosity, connection, and imagination! ✨📖
