Rebecca will officially begin her role on Monday, July 13, and we are incredibly excited to introduce her to our clients, employees, and community as the newest member of our growing team.

As K9 Hideaway continues to expand across Missouri and into the southern United States, we are committed to building a leadership team that reflects our vision for growth, innovation, excellence, and care. Becca brings a wealth of experience, professionalism, and operational knowledge that will help us continue creating an efficient, effective, and exceptional environment for our employees, our clients, and most importantly, the dogs we serve.

Rebecca Wilcox is an accomplished healthcare operations leader with 17 years of experience driving operational excellence, quality improvement, and organizational performance. As Director of Operations, she is passionate about developing high-performing teams, optimizing workflows, and creating systems that enhance both employee engagement and the quality of care delivered.

With expertise and a Master’s in Healthcare Quality, Epic workflow optimization, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement, Becca has successfully led initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and deliver measurable results. She is known for her strong leadership style, commitment to transparency, and ability to build trusting relationships across all levels of an organization.

Outside of her professional role, Becca enjoys spending time with her daughter and is passionate about fitness. She believes the same discipline, resilience, and dedication that drive personal success are essential to building exceptional teams and lasting organizational impact.

K9 Hideaway is growing, and with that growth comes the need to continue adding strong, experienced leaders who can help us remain industry leaders and innovators.
