John recently celebrated his 21st anniversary with Bacon Wilson this March. Over the past two decades, he has played an integral role in supporting and advancing the firm’s technology infrastructure, helping ensure that our attorneys and staff have the tools they need to serve clients effectively.

Alayna celebrated four years with the firm this May. Since joining Bacon Wilson, she has made a significant impact on the firm’s marketing and social media efforts, strengthening our brand presence and supporting initiatives that connect us with clients and communities throughout the region.

Bacon Wilson is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our Residential Real Estate Department as a Residential Real Estate Runner.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently while supporting a collaborative legal team.

🚘 This position requires the use of a personal vehicle throughout the workday. Some weeks may involve travel for more than 50% of the workday while making deliveries and coordinating document exchanges with firms throughout the Springfield area. Mileage is reimbursed at the current federal reimbursement rate.

We’re looking for candidates with strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently.
