Here's a small project. I removed trim and toilet safely ,then demoed tile and underlayment all the down to the subfloor. I then ran a belt sander on seems to give this floor the flattest touch possible. Took 3 days due to time restraints however a project this size can be accomplished in 2 days

Here's some flooring work I'm doing over at a fresh neighborhood going in on the outskirts of Springfield!! I enjoy a 30 minute drive to work, it means I get to listen to hype music and my red bull gets more time to kick in!!

It isn't work if you enjoy what your doing!

If your tile is busted, grout joints not even, caulking looks like this give me a shout and I'll help you out 😉

My buddy asked if this was my install 🤣
No sir, stole pics from my hotel stay to show the things I won't do and can fix or touch up.

We rehomed a toilet fl**ge this week. I learned a few things on this project. If your subfloor rots out your toilet fl**ge will unbolt. The wax seal isn't a surefire way to keep the toilet from leaking. These clients are so nice and they did the tear out for me. I totally forgot to get a picture of the new subfloor but I did it in two pieces so I can make it nice and tight and then I went even tighter with my concrete board. I'm known for my tile skills not my framing. Don't worry though I got pretty good framing skills the boys's slide I built 6 years ago is still together LOL
