❤️Tell us about your coaching background and what you love most about coaching:

With 13 years of coaching experience, all with Dayton Stealth, I have coached at all levels. I have been involved since my son, Tyler, started playing hockey. I am passionate about helping athletes develop both on and off the ice. My greatest reward is watching players improve their skills, grow in confidence, and reach their full potential. I believe that strong relationships built on trust, respect, and communication create the foundation for success. As the DHA Board President for four years, I also worked to strengthen the organization and support its long-term growth for players, families, and coaches.

🥅What are you most excited for this year?

I'm especially excited for this season as my son begins his senior year alongside a great group of seniors. It's been a privilege to watch all the players grow, improve, and mature over the years. The friendships and relationships built through this game will last a lifetime. Seeing their hard work, dedication, and perseverance pay off is one of the most rewarding parts of coaching. I'm looking forward to making this a memorable season for the entire team.
