Every cup begins by weighing the exact amount of ceremonial-grade matcha. We sift it for a silky finish. We heat the water to the proper temperature because great matcha should taste vibrant, not bitter. Then we whisk until it’s perfectly frothy before finishing it with one of our house-made syrups and your milk of choice.

None of those steps are shortcuts. In fact, they slow us down.

But that’s the point.

Because when someone chooses to spend part of their day with us, we believe they deserve more than a drink thrown together. They deserve something made with intention.

We don’t rush our matcha, and we don’t compromise on the details.
