We believe God has given us a mandate to see the influence of His Kingdom expanded in the lives of emergency responders AND citizens in crisis. This is accomplished through the volunteer ministries of trained chaplains who work with their local emergency services agencies (fire, law enforcement, EMS, and emer dispatch).
