Western Mass Roller Derby (WMRD) is dedicated to fostering the positive values of athletics, including sportsmanship, teamwork, philanthropy, and perseverance through the sport of roller derby. This includes building an inclusive community - one that promotes the empowerment of cisgender & transgender women, gender expansive, and non-binary skaters. WMRD strives to help individuals actualize their potential both on the track and off skates.

Want to join the world of Roller Derby but aren’t sold on the hitting of it all? Become an official! With both on and off skate positions available, being an official is a fantastic way to be apart of the community with out the contact sport aspect.
Interested in officiating but not confident in the skills? We are running a two month training program for on and off skate officials! Reach out for more details!

Come join the Western Mass Furies for our 2026 season opener! To kick off another great year of roller derby, the Furies will take on the on March 8! Doors at 5:30 and firstle whistle at 6pm at Interskate 91 S.
