Effective October 15, 2019 through April 11, 2020, the sale of flavored va**ng products is prohibited​ in the state of Oregon for 180 days.

No retailer may sell a flavored va**ng product to a consumer in Oregon.
Online sales of flavored va**ng products to people in Oregon are also prohibited during the ban.
The temporary ban applies to THC and non-THC va**ng products.

This is a sad day for us all. Enforcement will begin next week.
