What.A.Day.
The Barbell Games 2024 was a 10/10! There were so many incredible athletes to watch, and getting to see a USPA meet, the USAW MO state championship, a team fitness (aka CrossFit 😉) comp, and a strongman meet all at once is pretty amazing.
Thank you to GP Athletics Spencer Graham and all of the awesome volunteers for making it all happen. We had so much fun watching, working, and talking to fitness friends these were the only pictures we got.
Thank you also to all of the athletes who continue to support us. It’s thanks to you that we get to make a fitness festival our “office” for the day and that’s pretty sweet!
