Is your goal big enough?

One thing we tend to do when setting goals...we compare our want...the goal...to what we think is possible. For some...the sky is always the limit.

What about you?

Is your goal based on what you really want...or...is it defined by what you think is possible?

We tend to set goals...or should I say...we restrict goal setting...to what we have or haven't been able to accomplish in the past. The past is evidence and confirmation that we either can...or we can't.

Lose the past! Set your goals by what you want...not what you think you can get. Aim high...make it big...let it ruffle your feathers a bit.

Small goals restrict you...You sell yourself short!

I'd rather set a crazy big goal and get close...than set a small goal and hit my mark.

Are you holding yourself back?

set a huge goal...She's lost 80lbs. She did not think it was possible...but she set that goal and did it!
