What if nothing needed to be fixed today?

Not your posture.

Not your schedule.

Not your body.

Not your life.

Just for a moment.

Because sometimes we become so focused on improving ourselves that we forget how to simply be with ourselves.

To breathe.

To notice.

To listen.

To rest.

To appreciate what is already working.

I'm all for growth.

I'm all for learning.

I'm all for moving better and feeling better.

But I don't think peace always lives at the finish line.

Sometimes it shows up the moment we stop arguing with where we are.

A few questions I've been sitting with:

โœจ What am I trying so hard to fix?
โœจ What would happen if I softened my grip?
โœจ What am I postponing until life feels "perfect"?
โœจ Can I pursue growth without being at war with myself?
