Hello everyone, I am working at home designing houses.
I have been working in construction design for 25+ years and never knew I could design houses without an architectural license. Now that I have learned this new information I have expanded my work to designing and rendering new housing projects and/or subcontracting design drafting.
How my new house design expansion would work is i would initially take you needs and information to get a preliminary plan and elevations for review. During review we can make design changes to you desire and/or budget. When the design is acceptable after review and meetings for a final design concept clients would be require to pay a security deposit of 25% to start the overall design plans.
Upon completion of my design plans you will be able to share the plans for permitting, contractors. and obtain estimates. Design plans and elevations will be printed and delivered upon final payment.
