Period Poverty Awareness Week shines a necessary light on the critical lack of access to menstrual products.
Research indicates that over one-third of low-wage women report missing work or school due to a lack of supplies, significantly impacting their mental health, educational opportunities, and earning potential.
At OACAC Family Planning, we believe that access to menstrual products is a matter of health, dignity, and equity.
To keep supporting the community and break the stigma, we offer pads and tampons to anyone in need. Please, visit us.
No appointment needed, no questions asked.
