My Hot Yoga is located in the newly renovated Southern Hills Shopping Center and hosts two beautiful studios. The HOT STUDIO offers a variety of diverse classes weekly including deep stretch (yin yoga), power yoga, vinyasa, yoga sculpt and barre. We are going to cancel the 7:30am Power Yoga class on Saturday, January 24th. We'll reassess in the morning and see if we can safely open for the rest of Saturday mornings's schedule.
