Exposure Real Estate Media seeks a qualified candidate for an administrative assistant role.

We are a real estate media company that helps our customers grow their business by delivering high quality real estate marketing services where we pride ourselves on speed, quality, and innovation.

In the administrative assistant role, this person will be a key figure for the day-to-day operations of the company. They will be responsible for uploading, organizing, and naming photos. As well as very light editing work (no experience required), updating floorplans, organizing and updating virtual tours, reviewing and uploading videos and any other service that is offered, and quality control.

Other duties include, but are not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling jobs, doing adjustments in our portal, and making social media posts.

This person should have top notch customer service skills, have GREAT attention to detail, as well as being team oriented and reliable. A fast internet connection is required due to the uploading and downloading of photos. A computer will be supplied. A real estate background is not required to apply.

We are a small growing business and are looking for someone to commit to a team, be willing to grow with the company, have the confidence to figure out problems on their own, and willing to go with the flow.
