Day 11 Update 🛠️🏡
In just 11 days, this house has come a long way. Almost all of the framing is wrapped up, we’ve repaired a ton of rot, and the new second-story party room is really starting to take shape.
Big progress, solid teamwork, and a whole new level added to this home here in Eugene, Oregon.

Most people don’t realize this…
By the time you can SEE water damage on the outside of your home, there’s often thousands — sometimes tens of thousands — of dollars of hidden structural damage already trapped inside the walls.
