During our FC Game Changer Podcast, Anthony Martorano from Revitalize Training Solutions explained something every injured footballer should understand.
Recovery isn't a straight line.
Some rehab sessions will surprise you.
You'll feel stronger, more confident, and closer to returning to the pitch.
Other days will feel frustrating.
And that uncertainty can be exhausting, especially when your teammates are still training and competing.
One difficult session doesn't automatically erase your progress, but changes in symptoms or function deserve attention from your rehab team.
