A guided pole class focused on exploring your unique movement style. Using prompt cards for different moves, spins and guidance from the instructor, you’ll learn to build your own flow and express yourself freely through different themes. The class ends with an optional, supportive performance of your piece in front of your peers to help build the confidence of performing in front of others.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :
Familiar with basic spins and Pole 1 moves. Headphones/Earbuds must be brought to class while heels and knee pads are optional.
