12/20/24 Today marks the end of an unforgettable chapter. This little shop has been more than a place to grab a sandwich—it’s been a home for laughter, community, and connection. Thank you for making this dream a reality, for every visit, every kind word, and every moment shared. I’ve loved seeing all the messages sent, stories, and smiles. Though this space is closing, the memories and the love will stay with us forever. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. – Mack

12/17/24 St Louish is on today. House pork terrine, provel, pepperoncini, onion, and Dijon. It’s the sandwich that got us started and my favorite we have done. This terrine is white pepper heavy like usual, but we added sesame, black garlic, and other spices to keep the flavor building as you eat. Still have a few Hot Nawlins available.

12/10/24 First up on the whyyyy didddd you take that offff Limited drops. The Pho-Dip. The Un-Pho-gettable. Pho-get about it. Pho sure. We will pho-king miss you guys. 😭 Anyway, Roast beef, pepper jack, limey bean sprouts, Cilantro, green onion, smoked sriracha lime mayo, and hoisin on baguette. Served with pho broth to dip that thing in. Broth has fish sauce in it for you fish allergy folks.
