Grow for Good 417, LLC was started in 2021 focusing on plants and plant education. Growing up in rural Missouri to a family of educators, we did not have a lot of money. Each season our family grew our own produce. Farming with my father taught me an understanding of plants. Volunteering with my mom and grandmother at plant-related events played a role in my plant education. In college, I was the

A moment of silence for the plant I totally forgot about... 💀🌿

​Confession time: I found this snake plant in a corner of the greenhouse where it hasn’t seen a drop of water in months.

​The leaves are curled, but after a deep soak today, it will bounce back perfectly. Snake plants are absolute tanks.

​Let this be your reminder: DO NOT OVERWATER YOUR PLANTS! 🛑

​Loving your plants too much with the watering can is the number one cause of plant death. They do not all need water every single week. When in doubt, let it dry out! Your plants can recover from being dry, but they cannot recover from root rot.
