I accomplished a big goal last week!

With this being my first year as an independent TC, I wasn’t sure what to expect or how things would grow.

I’m so excited to share that this week, I have hit every goal I had set for myself to complete by the end of the year! Wow!

It’s been hard work, but hard work I love doing.

Thank you to the Real Estate Agents who have trusted me to help them with their transactions and provide admin support for them.

Thank you to the agents who have provided advice, mentorship and encouragement as I took this risk and began this journey.

One of my dreams came true this week...

I have always dreamed of being able to work from wherever I wanted, and this week, I did just that!

My husband and I, after two years of marriage, finally went on our honeymoon❤️ I was able to manage my schedule in a way that I could get ahead of my work and only spend about an hour each morning doing a bit of work...

It felt pretty surreal that I was able to do this.

Next month, I get to support one of the agents I work with to make this a reality for them too.

I seriously love being a Transaction Coordinator!

Last week, I was facing some doubts I had as an Entrepreneur.

Can I truly build this career and the life that I want?

Am I good enough?

Will Real Estate Agents recognize my value.

Then I reminded myself to take a breath and remember WHO I AM!

I know that what I offer can be life changing for other Entrepeneurs in real estate.

I have so much value to offer.

I am great at what I do.

You probably know that imposter syndrome is a real thing. Remind yourself who you are and stand firmly in that. You can do this, even as the market is starting to normalize.

We will face challenges in this industry.
We will make mistakes.
We will grow.
