Sometimes we need to grow in darkness, in the muck and the mud, in order to become the actualized beauty that we are always meant to be.

Breathing. We do it everyday and forget how powerful our breath really is. Deeply breathing in and out is one way we can re-center ourselves whenever we are anxious or stressed. Try breathing at least a few seconds on the in-breath and on the out-breath thru your nose. Feel the breath in your belly. Do this multiple times throughout the day to re-center yourself.
When she could no longer walk, that is when she realized she could fly.
