From Mass DOR: "Form 1 is due on or before April 17, 2024. April 15, 2024, when returns and payments would normally be due, is Patriots' Day, a legal holiday in the Commonwealth, and April 16, 2024 is Emancipation Day, a legal holiday in Washington, D.C. As a result, returns, payments made with returns, and estimated payments otherwise due on April 15, 2024, will be treated as timely if they are filed and/or paid on or before April 17, 2024."

The deadline is near! We’re just a little less a week away from the ! There’s still time to file your taxes before the deadline. Visit mass.gov/efile for resources.
