Ok everyone. Listen up. SUMMER'S OUT and I am getting requests.
Friday's Gentle Yoga at 9:45 am is now family friendly during the Summer (today-7/31 only) and open to 12+. Parents/guardian must participate as well.

RULES TO FOLLOW:
*Ages 12+ must be accompanied by a guardian or parent and cannot be dropped off. Children cannot wait for you during class. We do not provide childcare as it is a liability.
*Everyone must sign up & register under their own registration.
*parents/guardian: You must arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign a special waiver.

There are no exceptions to these rules, so please follow accordingly.
