Hi friends 💗 just a few things hair related..
- I am going to prioritize off days. OMG YES I SAID AN OFF DAY. I know, I never do that. 🤭
If I am off, I will not be in the salon or answering any kind of communications related to hair or appointments going forward. I will make a post at the beginning of an off day on all pages moving forward, so watch for that if you’re waiting on a response.

- Deposits. I have been lenient on this, and more so if you are paying for a service & pre-booking I have said just pay it later blah blah. I will not be doing that anymore. From here on out on any new appointments, deposits are required to book, at the time you book it. no deposit, no booking. No favoritism or Exceptions. If you get a text from booking to pay it, and it’s not paid within 48 hours, appointments will be cancelled. This is simply to make my job easier and everything run smoothly.

- Price adjustments. As most of you know, I have a Springfield location and a Clarksville location. Two very different areas and markets. I have continued educating myself in this industry and certain services will be changing slightly. I also have created an actual product spreadsheet to make sure cost of extra supply is being covered. I have done well on some services, and really undercut myself on others. To continue running this business, I have to be intentional with the numbers. Thank you for understanding!
