A Massachusetts based organization with the objective to provide high school seniors with clarity and opportunity to pursue futures not typically advertised in low-income communities. Pioneering change first at their alma mater high schools, Follow My Steps has developed a template for similar communities to create a pipeline of success through free of charge specialized mentorship services.

of Wellness 2026 was one for the books!
We’re so proud of the families, youth, Pioneers & Explorers who showed up for themselves this past weekend and gave 100% effort toward their overall wellness.
We worked out and learned about the importance of physical health, then slowed things down to talk about mental health and healthy ways to manage life’s stressors. We refueled with açaí bowls & protein shakes, brought the energy with Zumba fitness, and ended the day with an outdoor run.
Fleet Feet Longmeadow scanned everyone’s feet to help find the perfect fit for running shoes, and we had amazing vendors sharing valuable products, services, and resources with our community.
Each year, Day of Wellness continues to grow and reinforce the importance of staying healthy both physically and mentally. It’s always inspiring to see families, friends & mentors showing up to support each other throughout the day, and we can’t wait to carry that same energy into our summer running program and across the finish line of our 5th annual Mentoring Matters 5K on August 8th!
