JUST RENTED! Congrats to our landlord client, who achieved fast results and strong rents when working with us to rent out their primary residence in Holyoke. We assisted our client in weighing the pros and cons of selling versus leasing out their home upon relocating to Northampton. After thinking through the options, our client decided they wished to lease their home with an April 1st lease start. After just one open house, we brought multiple qualified tenant applications and facilitated the lease signing and security deposit processes.
We also assisted this client in purchasing their Northampton home and facilitating a lease renewal for the tenant occupying the new property's on-site auxiliary dwelling unit, which conveyed as part of the home sale.
This transaction showcased our brokerage’s ability to facilitate three separate, yet connected transactions on tight timelines. Our brokerage also represents this client on their commercial real estate transactions and is actively representing them in seeking a commercial cafe space.
