We have been keeping a secret for a few weeks but it’s time to let you all know what’s up in the world of Galaxy Bakery…. We are offically back and better than ever! We are not only taking orders Again but also will be able to take on more new orders as this is officially becoming a part time position for me and is no longer just a hobby. I’ll be launching 🚀 some new items and ideas over the next few weeks and I can’t wait to make you more bakes that send you to outer space!!!! ☄️🪐 I am attaching some pictures of a few things we whipped up in the last couple weeks! Please spread the word and think of me the next time you have a party, gathering, or you want to order something to hide away and eat all by yourself!!! No judgement here! 😉😂

Right now is ALWAYS the right time for a turtle cheesecake! Chocolate cookie crust layered with a salted caramel and pecan mixture, a layer of chocolate cheesecake, and a layer of brown butter cheesecake. Then it’s wrapped in a layer of salted caramel and chocolate ganache with a sprinkle of roasted and salted pecans on top! It will knock you out of orbit! 🚀 🤤 🚀

Also, pictured is a fresh banana and sour cream Bundt cake. This beauty was drizzled with a spiced cream cheese icing. Dreams do come true!!

I don’t have the time nor energy to elaborate but I also feel as though there were a lot of people who loved my mama almost as much as I do so I’m posting this today. Please, please, understand I likely won’t be able to answer any questions or comments at this time. Mom has had a massive stroke on Monday and she is still in critical condition. I’m sorry to anyone who I haven’t reached out to but with all the continuing bakery orders coming in on top of the daily texts I’m making to the immediate family- I’m tapped. Please send some love to our family. We weren’t ready for this… I don’t think I’ll ever be ready for this. My mom is my best friend. Thank you all for your love and kindness.
