The 2026 real estate market is already off to a great start! As we are on the last month of 2025, it’s gotten very busy - in a great way for both buyers and sellers!

I’m so excited for both my clients on getting their offers accepted their homes.

I’m helping one of my clients as he purchases a new construction home for him and his son. The builder is breaking ground on building his home now and I can’t wait to continue the journey with my client as his new home is built.

My other clients got a home under contract this weekend and will be moving out here all the way from Colorado! I am thrilled to be working as their agent as they relocate to Springdield, MO from Colorado!
