Full time bookkeeping position open with a local company. Fast paced work environment, strong communication skills, the ability to work independently or in a team environment. AP and AR, some financial reporting. Must have excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage inventory, and experience invoicing customers. Assist Owner with daily duties. Must be able to multitask and have strong computer skills. Office hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.

This position is full-time with hourly pay based on experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have a minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience with Quickbooks, including AP, AR, Payroll, and GL maintenance.

Duties:
Check, verify and record documents such as invoices, receipts, bank statements.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
Greet customers and respond to their needs.
Planning and organizing with attention to detail.
Confidentiality, integrity, honesty.
Work well independently and/or with a team.
Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and generally accepted accounting principles.
Proficient in Windows 11, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge with internet website a plus.
