Can you drop the mag and pick it up after the stage to save time? We didn’t pick up empty mags in Iraq….. and your targets aren’t shooting back….. if I was designing a course, it would probably hurt …..

Lessons were learned, and hydration was a necessity at Strategic Edge. It was an amazing match and a great group of folks to shoot with! I am still learning some of the rules of USPSA and so I pulled a couple of procedural penalties because of supporting my non-dominant shooting hand while shooting a couple of steel targets but other than that, I felt pretty good about the day! The heat index was 103, so it was grueling, and we shared our hydration drink mix from @110_nutrition with a few of the guys that needed it.
