The Bee’s Knees Mocktail 🐝✨

To Make:

-Combine 1 cup of Wedderspoon Manuka Honey, 1 cup of water & one rosemary sprig in a pot. Heat on medium/low until a syrupy consistency forms and set aside.
-In a cup, pour 1 oz. of the rosemary simple syrup over ice, add the juice of half a lemon & top with sparkling water.
-Add in more ice (if needed) and top with a slice of lemon.
